GBS Health+ was retained by Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust over a ten-year period to create Masterplan proposals for the complete redevelopment of the Warneford Mental Health Centre including Frankland adjacent.

A Comprehensive Strategy was created in drawn form and working alongside a professional healthcare Planner and Cost Advisors we produced a costed and programmed set of proposals for Business Case Planning.

The first element of the Masterplan (a large new CAMHS Unit) has now been constructed on site to our designs.
