The Practice was commissioned to design a new £11m CAMHS building and in the process of planning for this, the firm was asked to produce a master plan for the redevelopment of the sports pitches to the south of the main listed buildings.

This new-build 4-ward hospital would allow the large historic campus to be released for sale to a residential or educational purchaser.
