GBS Health was retained in 2017 by Oxford University Health NHS Foundation Trust to produce detailed Masterplans for various parcels of land that the Trust are considering for disposal or redevelopment.

The Churchill site consists of some 140 acres of land and is a former wartime site. The site is part of the Headington Strategy and works in conjunction with 3 other hospitals in close proximity (the JR/Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and Warneford).
