Oxford City Council's planning committee has permitted the expansion of Sobell House Hospice. Hospice staff are 'over the moon' after the dementia-friendly garden annex and new outpatient facility was approved. Plans for the centre include a two-storey building with six palliative care bedrooms, a new lymphoedema clinic and offices.
